Playa Blanca - luxury holiday villas in Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the sunniest and most southerly resort in Lanzarote and boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters. The beautiful promenade is bordered by picturesque restaurants and bars and stretches from the new Marina Rubicon towards the old fishing harbour of Playa Blanca then on to the Pechiguera Lighthouse.

The pedestrianized village has three small supermarkets, an excellent variety of shops and restaurants. An open air market is held every Saturday morning at the Marina Rubicon.

The beaches of Punta de Papagayo have natural white sands and are composed of several small bays and coves with crystal clear waters. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, where you will also find ferries to the island of Fuerteventura.

Playa Flamingo, one of the prettiest beaches on the island, is just a short stroll from the villas and has many wonderful restaurants, shops. Natura Beach is also nearby (just turn left at the villas and walk about 7 minutes towards the lighthouse) and has restaurants, designer cafes and bars.

Local Travel

There is a good quality local bus and taxi service. The nearest bus stop to the villa is located at the end of the main road. At the T junction you will find the rubbish collection bins - turn left and the bus stops are 500 yards along on either side of the road.
