This premier villa for rent has everything required for your perfect holiday in the Lanzarote sunshine. The villa has a picturesque garden courtyard, spacious entrance hall and a large external shaded lounge with French doors with spectacular panoramic views over the sea to Fuerteventura. The villa is surrounded on three sides by mature gardens and lovely courtyards. At the rear there is a shaded bar area alongside another courtyard which contains a games table. On the west side of the villa is a secluded seating area featuring a typical Canarian barbeque and continuing round to the front south facing terrace are wonderful sea views. At one end of this terrace there is a covered seating area for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the lower terrace where you will find the very large heated pool, hot tub and decking area for sunbathing. The whole of this terrace is covered with astroturf and high borders of trees and bushes make this a totally private area. A further staircase leads down to the entrance of the lower apartment.
The
semi-detached self catering villa is just a short walk to the beach and
resort amenities and is suitable for children.
